Good communication , services, friendly and cooperative and quick. Location is good and ride service is best. A little bit pricey on service but it was good quality. And sometimes they forgot about what previously done.

Trustworthy team! Jessie was very open and speedy with info and updates with my Yaris. There was complete transparency, so I never felt left in the dark. I've never had to take my car in for any problems and I have always heard stories of bad experiences and shadiness, especially being female. Excellence! I have been a customer at Gateway Toyota since 2005, and have never been treated so well by a business. The Service Department is really great and Troy is the BEST! I experienced an issue with my car while traveling in the USA and was getting frustrated with the poor service I was receiving at Toyota in Montana. I called Troy (in Edmonton) and he was able to straighten everything out long distance. Doesn't get better than that. My next vehicle will e purchased at Gateway.

Mili K. We did not have an appointment and they offered us a shuttle service and finished our car shortly after. They were very busy though. Impressed with the express service at this location.
