Bad experience with service but fixed. Bought a brand new 2019 Toyota Camry XSE, was told the car would be available within 2 months right after ordering it, got it after 4 months. The first day I got the car, the doors were rattling speakers were loose, and Windows were not properly put on. A hopelessly unorganized service department Take car in for a repair on a Wed and get it back the following Tues. Worst customer service in the planet When you go inside, no one is attempting to help you. And, the wait is ridiculously long in a not busy time. I was told to go to this guy, Karmen Lee. But his attitude is completely unprofessional and impolite, which isn’t really appropriate to his position. The whole service was the worst you can get in the entire planet.

very bad customer service I went in to speak with Nelson one of the service Manager about a problem I had at Erin Park Toyota. Customer service was nil, my business was not appreciated and i was treated like a number. Shouldn’t even get the one star Had to walk away from Al. No help at all and actually argued about test driving a vehicle because I was not going to buy that day. Overly aggressive and rude. Ignored my wife when she tried to speak with him.

I was promised free service for a year, but it was a lie. I bought a certified pre-owned Toyota at this location, the salesman threw in free service for a year. The first time I had the service, they charged me nearly $300. They deny such a promise, then I wrote a poor review and the service rep called me back and apologize. Worst experience ever We visited Erin Park Toyota about 3 weeks ago. My wife was looking for compact SUV and wanted to look and test drive Toyota C-HR. We were assigned product advisor Anna Pliszka. We started talking and right from the get go I felt that she is absolutely incompetent. Maybe we should have stopped right there and asked for a different advisor, but we didn't want to be rude. Very rude and irresponsible. I visited to check my vehicle after instolling wintertires. Because something was wrong. But he forced me to return without any checking. Since I have a kid I need to check what is wrong with my car for safety. I was forced to visit another shop and paied extra re-torquing fee. Besides, I had to skip my class for the appointment. oil change I had made appointment for oil change for 1 p.m.. I was there by 12.45. This was my first visit at this location. I was informed when I checked in that they are busy and there might be an hour wait. That was fine as I did expected a wait time. However, at 3 p.m. I was still waiting for my name to be called. I had another appointment which I had to cancel. This is the first and last that I will visit her for an oil change. Not a good experience.
