Extremely disappointing experience with Erin Park Toyota regarding a windshield replacement. I had my 2023 Toyota RAV4 windshield replaced through Erin Park Toyota, and the replacement glass has a visible 1 ft × 1 ft distortion right in the center of the driver’s view. Went for an oil change at Erin Park Toyota, appointment was for 10:15, I was told they were a bit behind, my car was taken in at 11:45!! They should get a better system for simple things like oil changes, either have one person doing them all day, or just have them in on a certain day, maybe they should recommend another place to get an oil change done such as Canadian Tire or Mr. Lube, they always seem to be close to the appointment time. My mom took her Toyota in for a free seasonal tire change (part of a dealership promo), and while she was there alone, they tried to upsell her on a $1,500 brake job and a $200 wheel alignment. The invoice claimed her brake pads were down to 2mm, and a mechanic even ran after her to push the service. Super bad experience with Usman Malik at toyota Erin Park toyota. Do not make any order for special vehicles from this dealership (i.e. GR Supra/GR corolla). I made an order in May 2022 for a GR Supra MT and got completely let down. Essentially my car got given to another customer. Sales Managers go back on there word and have no communication skills, this is an exceptionally poor dealership. Maria was not very helpful. I asked about Corolla Cross 2023 Hybrid car and she very quickly told us it will arrive in 2023. I thought it should be arriving in the fall of 2022. She has 15 years of service in Sales? Has the Toyota change the delivery/arrival schedule recently? Seems like she did not want to help us further. Very nice and open space on the dealership renovation, but the Maria was not very helpful. I will try another dealership.
