I have always done my routine maintenance servicing at Erin Park Toyota. However, last week, I brought my Toyota for Service no2 at Erin Park (they were fast, nice and all) but when I took my car back, the air conditioning had stopped working. Service no 2 included checking cabin air filters and all. I am VERY UNHAPPY about the quality of the service. I will be checking my car back at Erin Park and I hope they will be remediating without trying to squeeze out extra cash from me. I will update the post ASAP.

Incompetent management and service I had bought a car last week and when i received the car, we had to bring it back 2 days later as it already had issues with the radio, rodders, breaks, and none of the fluids had been inspected. Disappointed with the parts department (Hamal) Ordered a part and Hamal in the service department told us it will be available the next day for installation. When we were there the following day, they said its not available. Could have been better if at least somebody called and informed us that the delivery was delayed. So our time was wasted 🙁.

I have never been more disrespected in my life in such a way by Nelson Ng the service manager at Erin park Toyota. Worst experience so far No review of my options at all. I was told to go and make a deal with another Toyota dealership. I guess I will follow his advice.
