All the dealerships we visited to find our perfect car, Nick was the most upbeat, friendly and professional salesman we had. He was open and honest from the beginning and never once was he trying to push us likes the other ones did. We will go back to Nick for any future purchases.
Very Friendly and Informative. We had a Tire Problem on our new Venza. The dealer we bought the car from had no tire and asked to wait for thee weeks. We had 3 month baby in the family and were stuck with donought tire for three weeks. I have been a Toyota customer for 14 years or so. In these 14 years, Mario, the Service Adviser, has always given me great customer service. My calls are always returned promptly. Mario is very polite and always has a smile on his face no matter how busy he is. He is the first person I call when I have any car problems, and I count on his good advice. My car is returned to me on time and just as clean. I have never had to complain on a job not done right.
