Three Trips to get something fixed Nov. 21st regular servicing revealed broken pipe. Part needed to be ordered; guaranteed delivery Nov.23rd; Appointment made for Nov. 24th at 9:30; left car for repair; received call at 10:20 to say part wasn't in after all. Rescheduled appointment for Dec.9th. When I arrived it took 30 minutes just to check me in. Received call from Helena at 1:35 - car was ready for pick-up. Poor Customer Service I saw a used car on their website I wanted to purchase, so I called to make sure it was available and it was accident free (found out later from a manager there it actually wasn't accident free despite being assured it was). I had to arrange for a baby-sitter and get a ride out there, because I don't live in Mississauga. 6 hours to do 36000 km service The worst service ever,dropped my car last week for service and returned back after 3 hours to find out that they didnt started and needs more then another 3 hours to finish. The service advisor did'nt showup, and waited more then 15 min for the cashier to find the car. non professional service.

Sales experience Vincent is not a great guy to deal with....he stamps his picture and name on all your car's manuals and documentation....violates your privacy wishes despite your instructions not to. He is not suppose to keep personal information according to Privacy Laws such as DOB. I should taking this up with Ontario's Privacy Commissioner or Toyota Head Office.

Terrible customer service I had to get my Toyota serviced at 48,000 kms. I have brought my previous cars from this dealership and have not had any issues. However, this particular car was not bought from this dealership. The customer service I had to experience was terrible to say the least. They provided me with an estimate for the job that needed to be done. When I picked up the car, it was the exact job that was done however the price was different. Extremely Rude and Unprofessional I visited Erin Park Toyota to purchase a new vehicle and was treated in a very rude and unprofessional manner by Larry Kuka. Complained to the manager and he had to assign a different agent.

Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle is fake Worst experience ever. Don't trust what they say. They'll tell you anything just to sell you a car. Once you pay, you're on your own. If you have any problems with your car, don't expect any service from them, unless you pay again for something you should have been covered in the first place.

2.5hrs to change tires!! I was extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I had an appointment to get my tires changed and it took 2 and a half hours. My tires are on their rims, literally all they had to do was take the summer tires off and put on the new ones. Thats it!!!!! When I went to inquire about what was taking so long they said " its just busy its winter tire time." Which is precisely the point... should this not be taken into consideration and have workers that are only doing this service? I mean wh... read more

No Service Booked an oil change last year, took 2.5hrs and didn't get updated on delay until I started to enquire. Customer care called the next day, asked about my experience, apologized, and said they would do better next time. I asked them what changes do you plan on implementing (training etc), and never got a reply. Tried to book another appointment on-line, chat line simply re-directed me, on-line booking didn't even give me an option for just an oil change.
