Long and slow service, poor communication, false price match Was told by adviser that the service mainrenance (first for the new car) and winter tire install would take one and a half hour.It ended up to be three and a half hour. Was also told they will price match the qoatations we printed from another service centre but it was false. They sent a shuttle to pick us up saying that our car without giving us a choice. Poor communication Brought in my car on Friday morning for tire change, no one called to say it was ready and no one picked up the phone when I called for an update. When I did finally pick it up the manager told me his workers called me but refused to look at my call log. Don’t think I’ll be coming back here

how not to satisfy a customer Called 3 times to book an appointment. heard terrible music, repititive voice saying “your call is important to us” and tried to book online, website totally clumsy and unresponsive.

Watch Out For These Guys My wife brings in her car for the Safety Inspection on the very last day of the lease; she has also brought in the money to buy the car outright. They would not see her any sooner than the last day even though she wanted the Safety done sooner. Lack of Professionalism Disappointing turn around time. Zero acknowledgment. No courtesy to return call. No response on follow ups. Overall really disappointed and won’t be recommending it to anyone.

Time consuming servicing process Regular oil change and coolant replacement took 2hrs and 40mints. Coming here with an appointment time of 9.45 and reported there at 9.40am. There wasn't even adequate service advisors at 9.30am unless half of service advisors starting at afternoon. If that's the case appointment shouldn't be given at this time. Parts issue during purchase of a preowned Rav4 A major part in the vehicle was missing during the purchase of the pre-owned car. Informed Suleman about this issue but was uncooperative to have it resolved. He is a friendly person but very unprofessional and a timid person in going an extra mile to provide utmost help to his customer.

Worst Experience Ever Such a disappointment with the Parts & Service Department at Erin Park Toyota. Not only did I waste 2 trips to the dealership, but I still did not receive the part that was supposedly ordered nor the service requested. Terrible experience at Erin park Toyota - I've been a loyal customer of Erin park Toyota since 2008, done all my car services through this dealership, bought different packages, new tires, rims, lifetime rust proof...etc basically everything they have suggested to me. - my Siena broke down last week, so I had it towed to Erin park dealership.
