Bad service at reception and in general When a customer buy a car in most of the dealers, they usually give complimentary services as free oil change/washing your car/shuttle when you go for service; my last experience on the oil change last month was bad (nothing complimentary, as always) and when I asked for a shuttle service, the lady that was receiving my car, told me that you don't have this service for oil change. Excellent Sales Service by Wai Wai was the sales guy who sold me a R A V 4 Limited edition two weeks back.He was very patient and showed me both the R AV 4 as well as the Sienna, as we go out generally on long week end trips to be more comfortable.He also accompanied us with the test drive and showed us all the features which ended in a decision of going for the R A V 4 Limited Edition.He also explained to us in detail about the Finance/Lease Options.We would highly recommend Wai for his hard work and sincereness.

2 hour wait for a oil change & denial of accidental dama I had a couple of things I needed to have serviced when I went into Erin park Toyota today. 1, to have my oil changed and 2, to have a cover below my glove compartment fixed. Mind you, my car was bought and have always been serviced there. So, one day I noticed the cover below the glove compartment broken when i was tucking in some wires for the dash cam i recently bought. Poor communication and no shuttle car??? I came in today for a quick oil change for my Rav 4, so I didn't bother to make an appointment and was aware of some Toyota recalls. I was promptly notified by the customer service rep John, which was a good thing. I had no idea, however that it would take 4 hours, since nobody bothered to tell me that's how long it may take. Let me first explain that I have a very good friend who is a mechanic that routinely does my servicing on all my vehicles. About 2 months ago my 2004 Toyota Sienna passenger side fender liner fell off while my wife was driving it. I had my friend look at it and he said the clips were broken and that he would need to order the parts from Toyota. This is one of the worst service centre Toyota has in GTA, I guess. Recently Toyota has a recall on Camry 2012 and I called them for an appointment. First they asked me whether I want to do maintenance along with the service recall. The moment I said no, the lady operator replied back saying there are no dates in next few weeks. DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a DISHONEST DEALERSHIP! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a 2003 Toyota Matrix from here in 2011. The salesman who took us out lied about the car saying it was supercharged (it wasn't), and that it had 'customizations' (all that is non stock is part of the rear skirt was CUT OFF by the previous owner).
