I have purchased Toyota's exclusively since 1988 - Previa, Celica, Rav 4(2), Highlander, Camry (2) and FRS. Originally, I dealt with Oakville Toyota but when my Service Advisor, Mario D'Souza departed Oakville Toyota and moved to Erin Park Toyota I did also. I would follow Mario anywhere. I trust him implicitly and consider my Toyota commitment to be entirely due to him and his service.

Wai is a very knowledgeable sales person. He is extremely friendly and caring. He is not pushy and works hard to find you the car you are looking for. Wai took me on a test drive and I was so impressed with the amount of details he provided. I always take my Corolla to Erin Park Toyota where I bought the car as well. Mostly my service advisor has been Mario including my last visit. Mario has been very responsive to my queries and always returns the call if I have to leave a VME on his phone. Mario is generally very knowledgeable and advises on the current state of the car and recommends appropriate maintenance. I bought my Camry in 1999 at this dealership. This is the only dealership I take my car to and it is because of the excellent service I have received over the years.
