Terrible customer service. A bunch of liars. Once you've purchased the car, they treat you completely different. They don't value nor respect you as a customer anymore. And they sell you cars with issues. So many. A bunch of liars.
Switching cars wow these people are trained to rip us off. very well professional tained staff. Big Beautiful Dealership, No Time for Customer Service Took my car in for an emergency service and it was the closest Toyota dealership to where I was. Agnes at reception was cold and clearly had no time for questions. Assistant Service Manager Joshua seemed really interested in helping me, but after four hours of waiting for answers, I had to call him for information and was told I would get a call back when more tests were done. Disrespect and refusal to return credit card and DL Having previously purchased 2 cars from DVNT, I went in today to get a used Sienna. The salesman showed me a 2014 basic van with >67,000 kilometers. When asked, he said the middle seats could not be removed; I showed him how to do this. He did not know his product. With this mileage, the van was out of its overall warranty and almost out of the drive-train warranty. OK, give me a reasonable price break. Bad service I asked for a salesman to give me a price and the lady told me that the price are showing on the car. What kind of the service is that? I was driving a Camry and would like to switch some small car. And definitely they don't want a business. I will never go back to this dealer again :(
Engine Block Cracked Went for my oil change and they advised on the bill that they topped up all fluids and a month later there was no coolant in my car which caused my engine block to crack on my Toyota Corolla. I called them to complain and they tried to give me all kinds of reasons that was BS. No one from the owner to management called me back after I left numerous messages. I have never been back and will never go back. I do not recommend this dealership at all!
$4000 worth of repairs within 6 moths First they pulled the bait and switch...sold me a car that was "already sold" then tried every line in the book when I told them I wanted my down payment back. They finally talked me in to a higher mileage vehicle of the same model (Scion TC) and told me it was in great shape. I even purchased an extended warranty for $1700 for piece of mind at theit recommendation. Bad service long waits even with appointment i purchased my first car here and it was an unpleasant ordeal including them flat out lying to me about rustproofing. But unfortunately i since i did not no a good repair place in the area have taking the car in several times twice for oil change and once for a minor repair. 2 of the 3 times they lost my appointment and i was stuck waiting.
