During my visit this morning, I was advised to perform an “EFI / throttle body flush service” and was told it was required due to my vehicle being approximately six years old. This was in addition to Service #1 and tire swap with storage, which I had originally booked. I agreed to and paid for the recommended service. I placed a $1000 deposit for a 2025 Corolla Hybrid LE AWD back in April 2024. Waited until November 2025 and they said they still did not have any car. I was so frustrated and went to other Toyota dealer. The this dealer told me that was impossible, they can get me a car, same model in a month!! Don Valley North Toyota just didn't want to sell me a car and kept my deposit for over a year. The sales rep was called Tony Cao. This dealership has the worst service ever. They are extremely disorganized and and are very disrespectful when bringing concerns to their attention. I will never bring my car back here again.

Stay away from this location. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Had a check up appointment on my new brand 2024 Toyota, and a change of winter tires. I’ve waited for 4 hours, no one got me one phone call for updates. Called four times, left messages as no one pick up the phone. When I finally picked up the car after 4 hours, I’ve noticed they reused the old muddy dirty plastic bags that I previously had on my summer tires to cover the winter tires. Our RAV4 started showing the problem about engine rough idling, mis-fired and fuel consunpion 40 litres per 100km on July 20. We went to Don Valley North Toyota on 23rd with an appointment at 9:15am. The mechanic took our vehicle into the workshop at 10:40am then parked it back outside at 11:20am. Decent service and moderate wait times. Sadly, they have discontinued the discount for senior citizens. It wasn't a lot, but every bit helps when you are on a fixed income. Very disappointing. I will look elsewhere for service with the senior discount.
