Do not waste your time 3 hrs of my life I would not get back,they are the most pushy sales team led by Craig Hughes .walk with your gear to defend yourself

Poor attitude of service receptionist My wife brought in our 2006 Matrix for recall work and requested a pickup after work at 5pm. Driver was 20 minutes late so she walked over to the dealership service receptionist. When asked if her car is ready, the receptionist response was "I don't know" as if my wife had interrupted her in the middle of some work. Worse service performance ever I have been going to this dealership for over 8 years. Many times they have under estimated the time required to service my vehicle (e.g. stating it would take 2 hours to finish but taking over 2-3 times that amount of time to complete), but today takes the cake. For a supposedly 2-hour service appointment, it took over 8 hours to complete! Stay away Long list of issue, they try to rectify with a band aid. Scratches promised to be repaired and resurface weeks later, undercoating peeling do to being applied incorrectly on a muddy under carriage, they reapplied 2 more times and blamed washing was the cause. The truck had a clean car fax but tailgate and front bumper poorly painted which led to peeling.(manager Jason Coghlan claimes "he doesn't need to disclose")Annual sticker placed on wrong plate. No one cares Left my 2014 Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle for repair, took 8 days to get done. Called many times, no response at all. I need this vehicle to transport a disabled family member. 8 days without this wheelchair accessible van, could you imagine the hardship I faced during that 8 days!?

Worst Possible Service Waited over 1 month for a call back for a NAVI part on order. Complained to Marlon Lopez, Guest Services Manager and he took over my file - "please give us one more chance". Unfortunately, I agreed and took the car in for service. Not only did I have to call to see if it was ready but when I got the car home, I discovered the new NAVI system did not work. Sergio D was the Advisor. Doesn't this dealer "test drive" their service work? A total waste of my time! I will never again return to this dealer!!

Poor service I recently took my new car in to have tire repaired because I had a nail in it. I made an appointment waited over an hour for them to tell me they can't repair it and they don't have the tire in stock. Wouldn't get it until late that day or next day. I had to demand a rental car since I was going out of town and couldn't drive on spare. No one offered it to me even though I have an extended warranty and it is covered. Ended up paying for insurance for rental out of my pocket. Service department way too busy. Not... read more

Took my credit card and refused to return it I was looking for a Prius C and posted an ad on local website. A salesman from DVNT Don Valley North Toyota called me in to have a look at a vehicle. I went the dealer at around 9:45am and had it look at the vehicle. It was a MY2013 with 40K km. We discussed the price and found that it was just under $1900 below the price of a brand new Prius C.
