Worst dealership.I didnt buy any extra warranty from Worst dealership. I didnt buy any extra warranty from them- specially 'Kenny Wang'- Finance Manager. At first they told me that you are you are approved for the car loan. After 15 days during the delivery they again ask me for the extra warranty and all those stuff, i said no. After that 'Kenny Wang' did something with my file and told me later that you are not approved for the finance. I am shocked at that point of time Dont go there, waste of time and money.

Never go to this dealership, go to other Toyota and you will see the difference in prices are in 1000s!!! save your money and stay away from this people. They over charge on everything, just be smart and compare price with other dealership and you will what I mean.

Dishonest. Bait & switch. Promised 2020 Rav4 Limited in inventory, which was not and then take advantage of customer's urgency to get a car asap. Ended up with 2019 RAV4 Limited, satisfied with the cat but 0% customer satisfaction with this assistant sales manager's tactic.

I signed a lease at Don Valley North Toyota almost 3 weeks ago. I kept asking for the delivery date and they never gave it to me until I contacted them again yesterday; they said they don't have it anywhere in Canada. An extremely shocking experience, poorest all round service. It was the worst experience in purchasing a new vehicle, shockingly pathetic. They sold and charged me for services that were not compatible, they coerced me to sign a sales contract that was lacking what I paid for. horrible experience The Toyota online chat system is sucks! I booked my appointment through online chat, as i was so busy at work and did not get a chance to talk on phone. Terrible service Went for an oil change wasn't busy was told it would be 45 mins. In 15 mins I got a call to say I needed to use synthetic oil I have been going to this place for 7 years this is the first time I was asked this as it costs more. 15 minutes later another call to say I need to change the cabin filter and rotate my tires I had just got new tires 2 months back, more costs to do this. Bad customer service. Lack of professionalism.
