poor repair service! ! I have a problem with my brakes and air conditioner. Corolla not even a year, just 6 months at 10,000km...took it into don valley Toyota for warranty repair...waited a whole day from 10am-5pm...nothing was done, only paper work. Services suck I have been there for several times, to no exceptions, the "white eyes and poker face" starts from the younger receptionist, mostly continuing to other reps. so far I still have no clue where their arrogance come from - maybe inherited from the management? anyway, xxxx no to the service team. Stealership As a first time new car buyer, i think i got ripped off by Don Valley North Toyota with all kind of fee (globali $438, dealer handling fee $582, ...etc). I was told those are mandatory charges.
Terribly busy, terribly service. This dealer is huge, busy, yet they don't really have enough manpower to handle your case. I dropped in for service yesterday about 3 pm, they took my key, left me a slip, I've waited until late 6 pm then popped to ask the status, and they did not even know where my car was. I could understand it could be a missing out conversation with the service department, but still, not acceptable, staff see you through, you are like invisible at all time. Scammy Sales Tactics! Emailed a question on a vehicle I was wanting to buy. Just a simple question about trim package or model. They wouldn't answer my question! Just insisted on getting my personal information before they could answer. Amazing! I'm talking about a question about the model - nothing else. Not even price.
