Post Lease a car problem solution of vehicle is very poor. I did lease a 2018 RAV4 on late OCT,2018. This odometer is running very fast in a way that within three weeks shows more than 2200/KM while i drove my car at maximum estimate not more than 500-600/KM. three times bad experiences with shuttle bus receptionists I have at least three times of very very bad experience with the shuttle bus arrangements. it is nothing to do with the drivers. It is all about the receptionists. They don't let you finish your speaking through the phone and don't care about your schedule. Especially today May 2nd, 2018. The lady is gently super rude.
Stay away from this dealer Dishonest Dealer, When this dealer sold me the extended warranty, the sales told me the coverage is the same as the regular warranty, but it's actually not true, there are tons of parts are not covered which you have to under standard cars and read the whole ECP agreement to figure out. Dishonest, Overpriced Dealership I'm not sure how DVN toyota gets all these good reviews but it seems, they act friendly while ripping the crap out of you, being dishonest and charging you a premium. Based on recent car purchase at DVN toyota, DVN toyota has certainly gone downhill and is the place to stay away. Dishonest business practices - don valley Toyota - WIEN Went to source a 2018 Toyota RAV4. Called ahead to book a test drive. Dealership was empty. Only one other customer with their family. Stay Away Over priced Service Comparing with other toyota dealer shop service, oil change price is much higher. Don valley north charged 8 1dollars but I have paid only 62 bucks during 2years with same service from yorkdale toyota. Same synthetic oil "ow20" used but service person tried to convince that other location may not use same synthetic oil and charged more. This is first time to visit don valley toyota service but I won't come this location anymore. I am strongly NOT recommend this location.
