Great customer service On July 28, my 2006 Sienna driver side sliding door"s cable was broken. I drove it to the dealer as emergency visit. The Junior Assistant Service Manager Jackie Ng taking care of me and explained all the detail of the problem and he find out that due to parts defeat in that year of make Toyota extended the warranty of the cable. Purchase of New Car Good experience overall. Consultants were very knowledgeable about Toyota products and services, displayed patience and courtesy at all times, and were very willing to answer questions and address concerns. What I did not particularly like was the industry practice of hard sell -- including calling the manager for "special" concessions o clinch the deal right there and then.

Booked a service appointment at DVN Toyota for today at 130 pm. At 230 pm vehicle not even left the parking lot. No indication as to what time vehicle would be examined. What's the point of making a reservation if the reservation will not be kept. Left and went to another service provider and was seen immediately.

I called in requesting a straightforward vehicle appraisal. Unlike the vast majority of dealerships, which assess trade-in value based on current market data, this dealer sent my vehicle to auction without any prior disclosure.
