The Salesman Ron Ackerman was very helpful and covered all basis. He had the exact vehicle we were looking for. The other staff working were very friendly also. He gave us time alone to discuss it.

Ron was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. He showed us how everything in my new Rav 4 worked and made sure we understood. I would definatley lease or purchase a new vehicle from Ron.

Sylvia was great to work with, very kind and we didn't feel pressured into something we weren't looking at. We were disappointed to find out that the command-start wasn't installed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, since we had already paid for it. This is due to a mechanical issue, but we feel we should have been informed that the new Camry does not support command-start before purchasing it. Overall we are happy with our purchase and would refer our family and friends to Sylvia.

Sylvia is a real people person. She is genuinely interested in people and their lives and what their needs are as far as a vehicle is concerned. I always felt her genuine commitment to helping me out with my vehicle and its purchase. I think it's either something you have or do not have in terms of people skills and Sylvia has what it takes. Susan was great to deal with. I had looked at other Dealerships but no one had the customer service that she was able to provide. What a great experience dealing with Susan Milgard at Sunshine Toyota.

Got my car towed in for service. Service dept. was closed so sales manager arranged to give me a ride home instead of calling a cab. Above and beyond what I expected great place for customer service

Sylvia was a wonderful salesperson. Not once did she pressure us into a decision. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. She was extremely friendly, calling us each by name whenever she talked to us or to another employee about us. She seemed sincerely interested in our personal story and asked many questions to get to know us. Our overall experience was fantastic. There was no pressure. I went in to Sunshine Toyota to buy my first car so I wasn't sure what to expect. The service I received while I was there was great. Sylvia made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole process and made everything very simple for me. Everyone there was very friendly and overall I was satisfied with the service I received, and more importantly I am happy about the car Sylvia found for me.
