In my experience, Sunshine Toyota is a car dealership that emphasizes quality, fairness and customer service. My wife and I wanted to replace our older Camry with a new Camry and we connected with Young Zhou, who was very cordial in accommodating our varying time schedule to visit the dealership and review the new Camry models. Great car, very friendly service, made the experience far less stressful then any other dealership we visited. The only dissatisfaction would be the extra charges tagged on at the end...security & extra wheel & tire insurance. They should be told up front, I'm still not sure if these are mandatory or the dealership just presents it that way. $450.00 for extra wheel insurance feels like a cash grab, there is no written info provided on the actual coverage and having been in Winnipeg for 10 years have never even had a flat tir... read more
Everything was good, I'm really happy with the truck and the experience was a good one. I feel like I got a pretty good deal all in all. And I was surprised how easy it was.
We purchased our first Sienna at this dealership 7 years ago, and went back last week to view the vehicles on site at this dealership. Prior to our visit, we did some research online in addition to visits to other dealerships for competing product. Both Zac and Chris were extremely pleasant to deal with. Zac listened carefully and was attentive to my needs. Chris was, forthright, efficient and effective. He was a tough bargainer, but, I think, a fair one.
Zac Friesen is awesome guy. I live in Thompson and I have got all the information whenever I needed from Zac about the Vehicle which I bought from Sunshine Toyota. He is very friendly, co-operative and has lots of patience. Kristin also helped me a lot to buy my vehicle and she is a good financial advisor. Thanks to Zac and Kristin and Sales Managers for their co-operation.
We had to get some work done on the rear hatch of our Highlander and John was excellent to deal with. He made sure the repairs were done promptly and was very accomodating.
Although running a bit late due to the crazy traffic in the store, Zac was extremely helpful to us. He knew a lot about the vehicle we were looking at. He didn't use high pressure sales techniques which was great. Would definitely recommend using Zac again in the future.
