This was my second new-vehicle buying experience with Sunshine Toyota and, like the first, was a most positive experience. From the web site to the building to the staff, our experience with Sunshine Toyota was excellent. Sylvia took the time to help us work through our vehicle needs and show us some options that matched what we were looking for. We're very pleased with our Highlander and we will definitely shop at Sunshine Toyota again when the time comes.

I had initially brought in my car for routine servicing and noticed a problem with the vehicle after it was returned to me. This could have been an extremely unpleasant, costly and inconvenient experience but instead I was made to feel as if the service dept. would not be satisfied until I was satisfied. As a first time car buyer I had shopped around to find the dealer to best fit my car buying/servicing needs. From the first step in the door I knew I would be well looked after at Sunshine Toyota. Shopping for a new car is always a bit of a challenge, at the best of times :) The product advisors at this dealership are extremely knowledgeable and completely willing to spend as much time as it takes to ensure you understand the vehicle you're interested in. They are also willing to discuss pricing, options, and put all the "extra" fees right on the table (literally... taped right to the sales desk!) so there are no surprises in the finance office. I just leased my 5th Corolla, the last 3 being from Sunshine Toyota, and had a great experience from beginning to end. Kris, who is great and I have gotten to know over the years from the service department, recommended Ron Ackerman to me because I informed him that my lease was near ending.
