Our first time dealing with Sunshine Toyota regarding purchasing a vehicle and we were pleasantly surprised at how professional, friendly and efficient the two employees listed above were towards our needs. We will definitely be going back to Sunshine Toyota to purchase another vehicle.

Patient, professional sales and finance team, treated me with honesty and respect. I'm a indecisive buyer and they didn't show any frustration and answered my concerns.
At first, I was really intimidated to go car shopping because I don't really know much about cars. However, the process of buying a car went really smooth because Andriy was very friendly and great at listening to exactly what we wanted in a car. He was very knowledgeable about the different features and patiently explained them to us. The overall experience was great! Zac was very patient with us in getting us a very reasonable price and Chris gave us a fair price for our trade in. Ji was very detailed in the delivery and had also the patience in explaining the features of the vehicle. Though he had customers waiting, we didn't feel rushed to get the process done. Mike was a great salesperson to deal with. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and gave us a good deal for a car we were interested in. When we came back to pick up the car, Ji Yuan was the one who provided us with very detailed explanation and instructions how to use our car. He was also really nice and patient. Our overall experience with Sunshine Toyota team was very good and we definitely will recommend them to our friends.

Zac, Jacqueline and Ji were very helpful and made the process of buying a new car flawless. I like that the sales persons are not pushing you to purchase a product you are not interested in, they explain everything to the teeth, so you can make a sound decision. Great team!
We have been dealing with Sunshine Toyota since 1999 when we leased our first vehicle from them. We then bought a used Sienna from Sunshine, and have now just bought a new Prius C. Through the years we believe that their customer service has improved, although it always has been good. The Team is great, but the sales technique that the sales rep and we have to go thru to get to a final solution is tiring and depressing. I mean the Sales person must go to the Sales Manager to arrange the final price. There's got to be a better way. It's the same way 30 years ago. It takes too long.
