I would never shop or get service here again and I would warn anyone else against it. I bought a Corolla hybrid here in spring 2023. I had pre-ordered it in November and my quote included a block heater. When I show up in spring to pick it up, I ask where is the plug for the block heater. Customer service was SOOO BAD! !!just bought a used car (from Ken)that has a lot of problems, only one night after a drove the car from their lot IT WONT START. I paid a tow to bring it in their dealership. They fixed it. but day two is the same problem, it wont start again. This time they towed it from my driveway. Would I ever do business with this dealership NO WAY! Three weeks of run around about a vehicle that was to be fixed and ready for sale to find out it will go to auction can't pass safety!!!! Even the sales manager was in on this so no trust with with Chris M or Tolase A. Stay away folks. Nice to know I have other avenues to obtain action.
Very disappointed in the sales staff. I was told and reassured one thing when i put the deposit down on the vehicle and when I went to finalize the deal things changed considerably and they were unwilling to accommodate me or work with me to make things fair for both parties. Received my new vehicle after 9 months . Extremely disappointed and frustrated, horrible customer service. Every time i inquire the status of the vehicle i get a different answers.
They were unable to fix my back breaks after numerous attempts. They use intimidation tactics to silence you on a regular basis. Over charged me and I had to fight to get an initial assessment of cost.
I purchased the Extra Care Protection plan four years ago. It is clearly stated in the agreement that the six maintenance services included could be completed within 48 months from the start date. I called to make an appointment for maintenance service on Aug. 4, 2022, and was told the next available weekend date is Aug. 13. When I visited the local dealer shop on Aug. 13, they told me my service plan expired on Aug. 9, 2022. I had to pay out of my pocket $400 for the service. Very disappointed and frustrated! Terrible customer service with no regard! Bought a 2021 Rav 4 paid for remote start only to find out not installed! I live in Thompson and when I called to advise of this situation I was told by "Breanne" I would have to bring the vehicle to Winnipeg! Why should I have to drive 8 hours for their mistake?!? i told them they could find an alternate solution to this issue and call me back...no one called....left a message with the manager...no call back...I intend to escalate this situation!
Toyota Crown sales agent is totally crap. They included the hidden cost when buying the vehicle. Vehicle price they mentioned 27k but when they printed the paper it has some hidden cost which make total value of the vehicle around 32k. And sales person unable to explain the extra cost except the GST /PST. I would recommend never deal with Crown even Toyota or nissan
