We visited the dealership 4 times while purchasing the vehicle. The first to get general information and get a look inside the van. The second for a test drive a more questions. The third for a longer test drive, sizing up the van in our garage, and purchase. The fourth was picking up the van and again going through all the features and setting up the bluetooth with my cell phone. When we first walked into the dealership we were impressed as we were welcomed by Wade Knight with a cheerful "Hi, welcome to Sunshine Toyota!" We asked to see the new Camry Hybrid, and Wade took us out to a beautiful Clearwater Blue 2012. I have been looking for a new vehicle for a few weeks and dropped by for a look at the new Venza. The one in the showroom jumped out at me and when I sat in it Zac asked me what I thought. I was impressed by his calm attitude and knowledge. He couldn't have been more helpful. I said that if he could make me the right offer for my trade and the Venza I would buy it. Young Zhou was friendly, knowledgable and never pressured us into buying from him. Financing was easy thanks to Jay's help and Jeff is a source of unlimited information about the cars, telling us eveything we need to know as he delivered the car.
Each employee paid attention to me and were not distracted while they dealt with me.The vehicle was delivered when promised and was clean and ready.
