But when I finally decided on a Toyota Tacoma and went to visit Sunshine Toyota, Chris and Janette were amazing with everything. It made my shopping experience fun and informative.
I am very pleased with the service provide by Toyota. I would like to strongly recommend them to anybody who wants to have a nice truck and very good service. Also I love the way they do the following up with the costumer. I would like to say thank you to the employee who helped me choose a right truck Crist Goulet.
I have given a great review to this dealership because they did everything to make my experience with them a great experience, even though we had so many set backs. When I first arrived Jim greater me right at the door and spent about an hour helping me find the Toyota that best suited my needs. The dealership is very accommodating of the needs of the customer. The sales person made every attempt to fulfill my needs for the car. Pricing was fair. Junyang (he calls himself YOUNG) is experienced and understands the pulse of the customer. Overall the dealership is nice and clean and is welcoming in every sense.
Ron was fantastic! He answered all my questions I had without any hesitation. It was great to have a sales rep. who was able to have an A and B conversation with me and not just 1 sided on their part. Ron made me feel like an important customer who's needs were to be met, rather than a sales rep. just trying to make a sale. I have been dealing with Sunshine Toyota for a number of years - buying my cars there (new and used) and going there for repairs. I've found the people friendly and they have been streamlining how they handle customers dropping of cars to make it faster. I've always found the employees friendly. And I must rave about Phil - the best mechanic ever! I always ask for him - he's practical and very knowledgeable.
I've had 3 service visits so far. The 1st two were a nightmare but today was a vast improvement. Everything today was near perfect. I am not sure if the improvement was due to my complaints on the prior two experiences or if the other two were just anomolies. I guess only time will tell. Here's hoping that today's good service IS more indicative of their normal service and the two bad experiences WERE just aberattions.
I purchased a 2023 rav4 hybrid, ordered it in 2022,February, waited until may of 2023. They would not honor the trade in value of my trade. And they upped the price of the rav4 by about $3500.00. I purchased a 6 year extended warranty and was told that I was going to get 6 free, full services, for the next 3 years. What is a full service? Oil,filter,rotate the tires, check fluid levels, etc. I find out that their "Full service " is pretty much nothing, they look at the fluid levels and check the air filters. I left my car for regular maintenance and exchange tyres. They swapped them and lost the hubcap, then the technician states that there was no hubcap. I asked for the security cameras and they refused. Then, they did not have stock of hubcaps ... not recommendable at all. The hubcap was there, and whatever happen they said nothing. They are not professional on their duties.
