Car purchases are never perfect for one reason or another however Ottavio made the experience as good as someone could, was very sincere, professional, welcoming and transparent. As a customer, this approach to sales is ideal. I will recommend Ottavio and the dealer to those in search of a vehicle.
Recently purchased a new van from Young. This is the second vehicle we have purchased through him and both occasions were satisfying experiences. Very friendly and relaxing experience... no over-selling / pressure. Financing was done through Brian. Jeff turned the vehicle over to us, after demonstrating the features. All employees were very informative and appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product.

Zach and Chris provided very fast and efficient service. I recently purchased a 2012 Tacoma and was on a tight time frame to complete the purchase. They both adjusted there schedules to accommodate my availability. They quickly, but clearly laid out all of the required details I needed to make an informed decision, without putting any pressure on me to make a rushed decision. Overall a great experience!
We had our Camry Hybrid serviced at Sunshine so when it came time to trade it in on an Highlander Hybrid, Sunshine was a natural choice. Very friendly, no pressure environment. Salesperson (Tammi) knew the product's (2013 Venza)features better than me - a first in 40 years of buying cars!!Price negotiation was fair and non confrontational. In short, the easiest and probably the BEST car buying experience I have ever had.
