Before going to crown Toyota, my wife and myself were both a little worried based on a bad paste experience with another dealership. We were greeted at the door by Ron Ackerman, who introduced us to Valentin. Valentin asked us specific questions about what we were looking for, which was a"used Rav 4". He then showed us the selection & we took a 2010 for a test drive. While in the car, Valentin was very personable, sharing his car experiences as well as telling us information about the Rav 4. Ron was excellent to work with. He allowed us to gather prices from different places and then come back to him when we were ready. He did not call or badger us but answered all of our questions. He did not put down other dealerships or vehicles (which was done another places) he was just straightforward and honest. He was able to meet the lowest price we found! Yaaa!
The service at Crown Toyota was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and worked to completely please the customer. I bought my very first car there, a 2013 Toyota Corolla and they did everything possible to ensure customer satisfaction. They got me a cake, had balloons on my car when I was going to pick it up, and had all the staff come to congratulate me on my successful purchase. I have given the rating of 5 to Crown Toyota Scion as the overall sales and service experience was excellent. Professional, courteoes and extremely helpful.
I found Wade and all the staff at the dealership to be very friendly and helpful. Wade took the time to figure out my needs and then showed me vehicles that were relevant. The entire process from start to finish was very easy and I did not feel pressured at any time to purchase. I will return to this dealership, and to Wade, with my future business.
Justine Walsh was my sales rep and i'm more then pleased with her service and professionalism. I had a unique case in that my vehicle came from out of province, she along with her Co-workers arranged the financing, delivery and safety in a timely fashion keeping me informed during the process.
