I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and competent. Sebastiaan and Chad were always ready to accommodate.They were always prompt in replying to my emails or phone calls. I would recommend Crown Toyota to friends and family.
I would recommend this service centre with a strong warning to insist on an estimate and to check other centres for pricing. I was not provided with an estimate, and was told that the bill would come to a little over $300. Over the phone, I agreed to changing the air filter for $25, and so, expected a charge under $400. The bill was for $525 and then he managed to lower it to $476, applying a discount that was available by mail.
