Excellent experience at sunshine. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff who were great throughout the whole process. Mike help me find the car I wanted, Kristin did a great job explaining the financing and Ji Yuan explained all the features on my car perfectly. The new building is also very nice, I recommend this dealership.
Young was very helpful and had given us a very great experience after having had a very bad experience with other Toyota dealership (Toyota McPhillips). We are so happy with the deal we got. I was originally interested in purchasing a used Rav4 and had called Sunshine Toyota to enquire about a used advertised vehicle. I spoke with Wade over the phone and learned that the vehicle in question was not what I was really interested in. My wife and I have bought a number of cars over the years but no other dealership had someone doing what Jeff does. He walked us through the pre-delivery process with careful attention to detail and was very willing to answer any questions we had for him.
