Sales representative made me feel like I was more important than obtaining the sale. Was able to test drive 3 different vehicles to confirm whether the Scion or Toyota models suited me best. Made me very confident in my selection.

Bought a Scion FRS from the new dealership. Actually went in before the new Scion dealership had been opened, was dealing with Zac in the old Toyota dealership. Even though they didn't have access to all of the information yet at that point, I felt that they were telling us everything that they could. Upon entering the dealership, you immediately had a good impression of the staff as well as the surroundings. Everyone looked professional and you knew who worked there. Pretty good experience for a first time new car purchase. I felt very welcomed while I was there. Wade, Brian and Chris were very helpful and friendly every step of the way. If I had any questions, they would go out of their way to answer them.
This is my all time stress free used car shopping experience ever!! I walked into the dealer shop late the evening on Sat May 04, 2013 and found the car I was looking for.
