We recently traded in our 2006 Toyota Sienna for a new 2013 Sienna. We dealt with Zac Friesen when making our purchase. HE was very helpful. Overall, a great & easy experience. Staff was friendly and not pushy. Not like other dealerships where we were either completely ignored or suffocated by sales people. As I enter Crown Toyota Dealership, I was really impressed by the surroundings. I met Andriy for my new car. I look into Toyota Matrix, Toyota Venza and some other models but I like Toyota Venza which fit my requirement and budget. I went for test drive and I like it. The staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Andriy and Mike were extremely helpful to finalize the deal. I'm really enjoying my venza everyday. All my family and friends like it because it's a good looking suv and have a lot of room.
