This is not the first time we bought a car from a dealer and we found Toyota Scion gives us the best service and the best deal. Nico and Prismini are very professional and honest, they explained everything from the beginning 'till the end. No pressures, just straight to the point. A very good experience, I will return to Toyota Scion, to Nico as well as Prismini for our future purchases and refer to friends and relatives as well.
The staff here are very friendly and are easy to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody and I would definitly buy another vehicle from them.
My whole experience with Crown Toyota was great from the very start. I knew what i was looking for (Scion IQ) which made it easier, but Zac was very friendly, professional and informative non the less. As our saleslady, Justine went above and beyond to find us the vehicle we wanted within our price range. She did not try to upsell a product she knew we would not be able to afford. When our options were limited to a couple of vehicles, one of which was categorized as "incoming" or "already sold", Justine, Mike, and a few other employees spent much time to locate the vehicle. My husband and I had a very pleasurable experience buying our Toyota Venza from Crown. Andre, our sales rep, explained everything well and knew the car well. He was always very friendly, polite and enthusiastic. We always enjoyed seeing him (we saw him three times). He answered our questions very well. The other sales managers at Crown were very friendly as well. The service reps were also friendly and helpful. They even offered us hot dogs and hamburgers!
Everybody was very friendly- accommodating us in what we wanted even going to other dealers to try other cars. The process was fairly quick and a good service was given.
I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota 4runner and I love it! The team was patient with me as I made my decisions and Tammy was great!
