Everyone at Toyota was great help. Sales staff was helpful in finding the exact vehicle I was looking for. Nico in particular took the time to assist in learning to drive manual transmission. The financing staff were great for timely updates. Overall the whole experience was painless and even pleasant.
I've bought several cars in my life and I would have to say that this was one of the best experiences I have had to date. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from this dealership in the past 14 years. The staff at the dealership have been fair in my dealings with them and represent the Toyota make very well. Wade was very helpful right from when I sent an email enquiring about the car up until the purchase was finalized. He was very warm and receptive and worked with me till we got to a deal and signed the papers. His manager was also very accommodating. Premini welcomed me and was also very receptive. I had a great experience and I couldn't imagine anything better than walking out with my new toyota corolla 2009 sport model.
