From the moment we walked in, there was someone there to great us with a smile. Wade was the salesperson who took care of us. We had been eyeing some different models, and expressed our needs to Wade. We were particularly impressed by the service and information provided by Nico - our first contact on the floor. Nico was friendly, down to earth and extremely informative. We were most impressed by the fact that he had taken the time to drive comparable vehicles from other dealerships and, therefore, was able to make valid comments when we asked about comparable cars.
I really liked dealing with the salespeople at Crown Toyota. Their can-do attitude is the reason I bought a Toyota Rav-4 instead of a Honda CR-V, despite pinning for the latter for several years. When I asked the salesman at Toyota if I could have a little perk thrown in, his answer was "I'll see what I can do. I can't promise anything, but I'll see what I can do." My overall experience at the Crown Toyota dealership was positive. I found a staff that was both courteous and knowledgeable. Ken was able to direct me to a vehicle and the options that would suit my needs. I appreciate the time taken to bring the deal to fruition. In spite of the fact that I was delayed on the day of the pick up of the Camry, the appointments with the necessary parties to finalize the paperwork required went without a hitch. Again kudos to the staff.
The atmosphere was great, my husband and myself were greeted by a sales representative immediately upon arrival, and our two daughters were included in the process and they were very much respected as much as we were. Both the sales representative Wade Knight and the business manager Premini Ismath were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. I had nothing but good experiences at this dealership. They were very friendly and professional. I got my car at a great price and they made sure I knew anything and everything about the car. Never once did I feel pressured into making any decisions. I would highly recommend them.

The Sales Rep was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He answered all our questions and knew when to step away so that we could have privacy to discuss our options and make our decision. Our overall experience was very good and we would definitely return in the future should we choose to purchase other vehicles.
I appreciated Valentin's effort to get me a good price and found him very personable. He kept in touch and up to date so we could close the sale in a timely manner and arranged to get the inspection of the vehicle when my mechanic found something missed in the initial dealership inspection. This saved me a large repair bill and hassles with down time in the long run. I would buy a vehicle with his help again if I didn't plan to keep this one for the next ten years at least.
