Another Positive Experience We recently purchased a 2013 Highlander from Crown Toyota. Our third Toyota from this dealership. The staff is friendly, helpful and very informative. Kathy, our sales rep, was so very helpful and made us feel very special. David from finance was extremely professional and helpful. The service people are really wonderful. We look forward to many happy years with our new Highlander.

Purchased our new Tundra Limited at Crown Toyota . We came to Crown Toyota on May 3/14 to . We met Kathy Sullivan ( Product Advisor ) she is very friendly, easy to talk to . She answered every question we ask to her best . we did not feel any pressure at all . The Manager & Staffs also very helpful & friendly and the price for the truck is reasonable that why we decided to buy . Judy Zukak ( Financial Services Manager ) also very nice and helpful . We picked up our new truck on Monday May 5/14 and very happy with it .

Experience during visit for purchase of new vehicle. I visited Crown Toyota with my son to assist him in the purchase of a new Tacoma. The experience we had with Ron Ackerman during my son's purchase prompted me to talk to my wife about replacing one of our current vehicles at Crown.
