Good, friendly service. Let us test drive the vehicle a couple times and by ourselves. Gave us an honest effort in terms of giving us the best deal. Dealer was easily accessible and provided us all the information we needed to complete the purchase of the vehicle.
Me and my employer were looking for a suitable company vehicle for myself. I walked into the dealership and was immediatley spoken to and directed to Clives office. His personality and honesty was refreshing! He was not pressuring and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the Nissan particulars. We ended up leasing a vehicle and have since been very happy at him setting a date for a reinspection, to assure the factory quality of the vehicle. The results of this reveiw can only be beneficial
- Customer service was okay because there was a long wait before seeing a sales person. We understand that it was busy, but we were given a specific time to show up. So that was disappointing. - Quality of work was great because we were given all the information we needed. - Friendliness was great, however a little over the top. - Overall experience was good, we came to buy a car and we did. - Price was okay, it was a little more than we wanted to spend.
Purchasing a new car should be a good expiernce and this one was just that for me. I have owned 10 Nissans and I am very happy with all of them so far. The service has been very good and I hope the after sales service on my new car will be great as well.
This was our second experience dealing with Steve Taylor and in both cases he showed an exceptional appreciation of prospective customers i.e. answering and responding to various questions and issues. We were fortunate in having Steve's expertise in acquiring our new vehicle!!!
This was one of my best purchase experiences from the salesman to the physical dealership. Andrew was one of the most friendly, knowledgable and personable representatives I've worked with. He was very thorough and afficient and left me with the sense that I would not be forgotten after I made the sale. I'd certainly recommend Crown Nissan to my friends and family, so I believe that says a whole lot!
Clive and Tony were both very helpful. They understood my wants, needs and concerns and addressed them all. No question was too silly, and I know I can pop into the dealership any time to ask a question and I will be looked after. I Love the new car, and would recommend them to anyone.
Everyone at Crown was very professional, friendly and open to negotiation. I felt like I was getting taken care of every step of the way. Everything went as promised, and the vehicle is great. I have purchased 3 other vehicles from the Dilawri group.
