Steve Taylor and Mike Shaw were helpful, considerate, and fair. Tony Naim gave another option for the method of payment. Joel Sibal was also approachable and made us feel comfortable. Overall, these guys gave us a very welcomed feeling!
It took me a while to make a decesion regarding a used vehicle. I felt over whelmed at times just thinking about going through sales pitches I may encounter at a dealership. We walked around outside for a bit and decided to make the plunge and venture into the dealership. My experience with Mike Shaw was a pleasant one, he found me a great selection of vehicles when I was looking for a trade in on my old car. Mike is a very easy person to talk to and was very good at explaining my options with different vehicles and ultimately helping me get the car I needed and one i could afford on my budget. Mike Shaw is definitely someone I would recommend to talk to if looking for a new or used vehicle.

The experience was that much better because of our sales consultant Jeff Goren. We were getting tired of pushy salespeople who saw us as another sale. He definitely went above and beyond his duties and kept checking up on us way after his part was done.
