Negative Star - Terrible experience w/service department. Terrible experience with the service department. Negative Star Experience. My company SUV was towed to the service department on Dec 16, 2016. On the Dec 16 afternoon I received a call from the advisor said the car in the shop and someone will look into it. If you buy used get it inspect elsewhere before buying I bought a used armada from this dealership. They told me they went through this vehicle and it should be ready to go with out any issues. They told me there was a issue with the ball joints and that it had been addressed. They assured me that they would have receipts for the work when I purchased the vehicle for me to look at. Weak Sales Manager Rapport Interacted mostly with SG who was very forthcoming and worked hard to broker a sale. The problem was with the sales manager (DM) who just came off as a little too smug. Ended up buying from the competition for a better price and less combative environment.

shafted by crown nissan I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life but this place takes top honors for "beware of used car sales people"!! A " one owner Manitoba vehicle" turned out to be a "leased" vehicle. They wouldn't even put a lousey new battery in it after I bought my vehicle in Jan. & the battery kept going dead! Heaters I had installed in front seats for $400, lasted "1" season. I love Nissan vehicles but would NEVER go back to this dealer!!

I had a very bad experience because I felt I was misled in a letter which turned out to be a "bait and switch" marketing tactic by Nissan (not the dealership). I wrote a letter to the General manger describing why I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. He arranged for an appointment for me where he addressed my concerns and explained how this unpleasant experience came to pass. Amanda lacked knowledge about the cars and there characteristics. She could not answer questions about the cars accurately or at all and often just made up an answer. She is new to the dealership and may need time to learn the cars. The rest of the employees (that I delt with,especially the sales manager)were great and I would rate them 5s. They were friendly and helpful. Their knowledge seemed reliable.

Apparently there are a some people at this dealership who are smokers. So when they get in your vehicle, they have a smoke smell on their body that transfers into your car. As neither I nor any of my family and friends smoke, I was very displeased with a smoke smell in my car when I picked up my car after an oil change.

Came in to get an oil change and they ended up saying my vehicle was unsafe to drive and ended up charging me towards the mid $1500's before they would let me leave with my vehicle. This left a really bad taste in my mouth as I only came in for a Oil Change but got pressured into every other service under the sun. Would definitely not recommend this dealership but would recommend staying far away. Tell all your friends! You will feel cheated and broke when leaving this dealership
