Excellent service throughout the new car buying experience. I needed to downside on debt and traded in a 2011 Titan that I purchased at Crown Nissan a year ago. Brent Sayles was excellent in providing advise on how to proceed and understood my situation and what I was looking for. Brent, Jeff and Jamey got me in a new Sentra and I love it! A little frustrated when we got there because the car we had an appointment to see (had called 2 hours before) had just be sold right before we got there. Maybe calling the person if the car they want to see gets sold so they don't have to drive all the way over and be disappointed. Sheng then took over when the VIP rep told us the car was sold. Sheng did a good job walking us around and we ended up buying a car with him.
This dealership has treated me very well in every respect, sales, service, and support. The trade and purchase of my new vehicle was a very happy experience and will recommend this dealership to everyone I associate with.

Thomas and the team at Crown Nissan were extremely friendly, professional and great to deal with. Thomas even went out in a torrential downpour to take the license plates off my trade in. I am enjoying my new Juke and look forward to dealing with Crown Nissan in the future.
