Jeff did everything he could to make sure my wife and I left happy. He went above and beyond your everyday car salesman. He was friendly, approachable and genuine. We will certainly keep him in mind in the future. Thanks to him we will continue to do business at Crown Nissan.

I found myself at Crown Nissan after my 1997 Pathfinder was recalled. It was a tough day when I was informed that my vehicle was beyond repair. The Pathfinder which, other than the reason for the recall, was in excellent shape. I was informed that Nissan Canada would be purchasing the vehicle at a 'generous price'. My purchase experience with Brad was fantastic. I was very curious about my VPP pricing. Brad answered all of my questions immediately without hesitation. If there was anything in question he didn’t refrain and finding the answer as fast as possible. Love Titan I purchased. Thanks Crown Nissan

I just purchased a Camry from you. Kelly Warren was the sale agent; everything went ok. We negotiated a price that I thought was fair. There was a number of extra options including a Security Option for $399 that I said I was not interested in. I’m not sure but I think there was a spot where I indicated on the form that I declined with a check mark. I was surprised and disappointed when I was informed by the gentleman that that wrote up the deal that this was a compulsory charge. Had I known this I would have offered less.

My family and I were once again treated great throughout our experience at Crown Nissan in our recent purchase of a Rogue. This is our second purchase/lease with Crown Nissan and have had nothing to complain about in the sales or service departments over the last 4 1/2 years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and up front. My friends and family are all referred to this dealership.

Sheng is a great guy who eagerly showed me several options that would suit my needs. He patiently answered my many questions while I was waiting for my new vehicle to arrive. He is very friendly and enthusiastic; a terrific person to deal with. Only two complaints: (1) I had ordered a few accessories at the time of purchase that I told Nissan I would want them intalled when the vehicle arrived before driving the new vehicle off the lot. We were searching for a vehicle and found the sales staff at Crown Nissan to be extremely informative and very pleasing to deal with. I recommend Drew if you plan on purchasing a new car. He will gladly take the time to find the perfect car that's right for you, and go out of his way to leave you with a great feeling of satisfaction. He was extremely professional and courteous and made my first car shopping experience a great one.
