I have been bringing my Frontier and Altima to Crown for service since they opened their dealership. Crown was the first place I went when I outgrew my truck and needed something new for my growing family. My wife and I had an afternoon free so we thought we would head to Crown Nissan and kick the tires on a few different Nissan vehicles. We got there and started nosing around a few trucks on the lot. It is a great dealer. Still waiting to check out their after-sale services though. But so far the customer service is good. Hopefully the after-sale service is good too and would not let customers feel the dealer just wants to sell their produts.

Everyone was so friendly and they all had smiles on no matter when I showed up. I dealt with several different people (starting with Steve, then Jeff, then Tony and then Dan) they each were helping out covering when someone was away (with the exception Tony of course). They were all so nice. When I picked up the vehicle I had a lady with me who has a developmental disability and every single person we came in to contact with was so nice to her and made her feel just like she should have been there with me. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Crown Nissan. I was Thomas' first sale and he was a pleasure to work with. Although he probably wasn't quite up to speed yet on the whole sales process, the other individuals (Steve, Tony and Brent) were very helpful to Thomas and I. They made me feel very much at ease with what I consider to be a very stressful experience. So far, I am very happy with the car I bought. I appreciated the straightforwardness of everyone at the dealership.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Versa Sedan as I returned my Nissan Rogue after the four year lease ended. I dealt mostly with Jeff and he was very helpful, courteous. This dealership is awesome! The knowledge of the star memebers was beyond my expectations. Right when we walked in we were greated and asked if we needed help, there wasnt that feeling of pressure or making us buy a car that didnt make sense for what we needed.
