I bought a 2008 Acura TL Automatic from Crown Nissan a few months ago, and am absolutely delighted with it. Sheng Lu was able to provide me with answers to all my questions. He took time to show me around the car, and explain how everything worked. Sheng and the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend this dealer to everyone, best car dealer I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

We had bought a vehicle at Crown Nissan before, but this time the experience was not that great. We were not told all the details about our purchase. When we mentioned the "must haves" we wanted in our new car but also mentioned we wanted to make the purchase as inexpensive as possible, Sheng assumed we wanted the base model. My experience at Crown Nissan was fantastic. Immediately after my fiancee and I walked into the dealership, Dan Johnson introduced himself and answered any questions we had. He was laid back, friendly and allowed us to go through the process at our own pace. At no time did I feel pressured or frustrated. I would recommend Dan to any of my friends and family. We will most definitely be back to Crown Nissan for any vehicles in the future!

Great experience, sale staff was great in answering all my questions. If they didn't know an answer to my question they found someone who did. Went through a full walk around, going over all the details and options that came with the truck. Ive never bought a vehicle and picked it up in the show room. Mike Shaw was extremely easy to work with and very friendly. I did not get the feeling that he was using heavy sales tactics but rather he was there to help me make the best decision based on my needs and the vehicles I liked. In other words, Mike made the purchase easy and comfortable with no pressure applied. Working with Brent and Jamie was also a pleasure. The service department is also very friendly and helpful. This is a great dealership with fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend Crown Nissan!
I always find it nice when the manager ask the question, "is there anything we could have done to serve you a little bit better". It is a good way of making the customer feel comfortable about providing honest feedback and it indicates you truly want feedback - not just all "great" ratings.
