Having dealt with this dealership for the first time, I was impressed with all aspects of my new car buying experience. It was refreshing to deal with such a professional group of men who made me feel that I was their number one customer. As a woman in my 60s I felt empowered to learn about my new vehicle rather than feeling intimidated by advancements in technology (ie. learning how to use the hands-free phone). I will certainly recommend this dealership to others.
Third time is a charm, I'd say. I had a relatively mute experience the first time-went in for a warranty oil change. Second visit was = to the other comment, horrible. This third/fourth time was to do come warranty work. After ordering the wrong part for the third visit, they corrected it by making sure a courtesy vehicle was available. also, they helped load and unload the courtesy vehicle--I have a toddler--so the gear needed moving. I GIVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY AT LEAST TOOK THE APPOINTMENT. The experience we had with service was nothing but lies and procrastination. Sales man was great. Bourget the veh 2021 Nissan quashqui déc 17/21. Everything was good until I worked for 2 1/2 years. Bought a rogue in October and the adaptive cruise does not work. Has not worked once since we got it. Shuts off after 5 minutes and says front crash sensor. Sometimes comes back on for 2 minutes and then off no matter the road conditions. Took it in for service at Crown Nissan. We bought a car from Crown Nissan Rouge SV May 26, 2023 from waverley dealership. At first, the salesman and the finance girl said, it comes with safety inspection. Then we bought a car. They gave us a paper that everything is clear. We sent those paper to the Uber. But they denied the paper and asked again safely inspection. I can confidently say that my experience at Crown Nissan’s Service department has brought me back to Jesus. After losing power at the top of a mountain, only 3000km after a $3000 repair job to fix my power issues, I couldn’t help but yell for Jesus to take the wheel.
