BAD EXPERIENCE WITH PURCHASE OF NEW VEHICLE Despite being assured we would not be getting the showroom vehicle, which we noticed had scratches and chips, after we signed all the documents and gave them the cheque we discovered it in fact was the showroom vehicle. They offered to pick me up and then left me waiting. I had my 2017 RAV4 in for service yesterday and agreed to leave the car for the day. I was called at 4:30pm to say the vehicle was ready and I was asked if I needed a ride and when I said yes I was told the driver would call when he was on his way. I waited and waited and finally called the dealership at 6:30pm to find out when I my ride would be coming. At that time I was told they were very busy but that they would get to me. Service took too long!! They only had to put the winter tires on, which were already on rims and a recall. Had to wait for 6 hours although I had an appointment at 10
I hate this dealership This is the place you should go if you want to be full. Need to go more than 2000 times to fix a small thing. People working there has no sense of humanity. Rediculous dealership ever I visited. Great scammers are working there. I hope their vision is just to make money by cheating customers. I will never ever go for shopping and I do not recommend anyone for their car/van/truck purchase there.

Terrible customer service! I went to this dealership to buy a vehicle . Met a guy called 'MO' . First he will try to rip you off and if you don't agree with the price he has given , he will insult you and make fun of you . I can't believe this person works in a customer service industry and also he is a manager . Every other person over there was super nice but this guy was so rude and arrogant the way he was talking . Just avoid this guy if you ever visit this dealership.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent service. It cost me over $1,000 to replace all my fluids. This amount is ridiculous! I will never use Canyon Creek Toyota's service department again.

I would not recommend dealership to anyone, go elsewhere! Bought a 2015 Rav 4 in October 2016. Sent in signed paperwork to cancel the extra care protection plan and dropped it off to reception to give to Finance manager Michael Binnotto. Guess what Micheal never got the paperwork and NEVER cancelled the policy. All time low for a dealership I will never buy another car from this dealership. We went shopping for a new car and found one we liked on the show room floor. Everything seemed okay so we went ahead with the purchase. Little did we know that the salesman misrepresented the car as being new when it was a previously purchased and returned vehicle. The technicians lack pride in their work. The counter staff were all very friendly and professional. I only wish the same could be said of the staff in the shop... Multiple errors. Not the greatest of experiences. Purchased a used car. It had multiple issues within the first few months. The dealer attempted to fix some of the problems. Repairs were of poor workmanship. I now avoid this dealer. Best of luck to others.
