Very Likely the Worst Dealership in Alberta My first experience with the service centre had to deal with my seat. I dropped the vehicle off before 9am and at around 5pm, they called and said the replacement seat was the wrong one - so they put the old one back on. I did my best to stay clear of them ever since. My vehicle has had quite a few recalls & the one manager explained that allot had changed at the dealership since my experience, so give them another chance - like a fool, I did. THEY DO NOT LISTEN called ahead to get a quote on an a/c recharge. was told by advisor that it was 15 a pound and an hour labor. made appt. went to the dealer and was told i was at the wrong dealer, he finally found me and asked what i was there for. reminded him i was there for a a/c recharge.asked him if they put dye in the recharge and if there is a charge to re inspect the system in a few weeks. he tells me no need they just recharge and off i go, asked again how much it would be, told it was 30 a pound and an hour labor... read more

Poor service I would not recommend or suggest Canyon Creek Toyota to anyone. I bought my used 2007 Matrix from Canyon Creek 8 years ago and my service experiences have been terrible. Hidden charges and over bookings happen consistently. I would strongly recommend going to another Toyota dealership.

Horrible, liars, manipulative and unprofessional Horrible experience.. highly unprofessional and rude guys including the manager.. cheap pressure games to close the deal immediately at higher price!! i was dealing with Naveed who was giving incomplete information and was playing pressure game to close the deal same day at higher price.. he was asking me to give my credit card detail right away to block $2.5k which i refused and then he was saying that "we have wasted his time".. this is pathetic.. ofcourse all this was happe... read more

Bought new winter tires, one popped, not happy with service I just bought a set of brand new winter tires, one popped, a month later. Was charged full price for a new tire and they wouldn't even wave a $20 dollar install fee. Ended up buying the tire from a competitor who did the install free with new tire purchase (which seems to be the industry standard) for a cheaper price that what Canyon Creek quoted me. Not happy considering I just bought a set of winter tires from Canyon Creek a month before.

Safety an issue, poor training of sales staff We were happy to get a great deal on a 2018 Toyota Camry however our experience picking up the car was very unpleasant. Our sales person told me to sign off on the vehicle delivery certificate without actually doing any of the actions on it! He reluctantly gave us a tour of the dealership and showed us features of the car only when I told him that I will have to get his manager to do this if he refuses to do so. Worst experience ever Have been to Canyon Creek 8 times for the same problem. They are now telling me I need to buy a new car. It is a 2013 Avalon?

Charging for things not actually being checked I took my 2011 Tundra in for its scheduled free oil change but was required this time to do a $175 vehicle inspection to keep up with the Toyota Maintenance program for the free oil changes. Being very mechanically inclined I do some of my own maintenance as well. I sent my wife to take it in and they tell her all the driveline fluids need to be changed as well as cabin filter and a few other things, around $1000 worth of service lol. Terrible dealership go elsewhere I bought this vehicle under the clause that my vehicle went through s thorough checklist to ensure it was in fine condition when I picked it up. There were many things that were overlooked as if the person completing the survey didn't even check on the vehicle. That really bothered me and no apology was made. I have to go there for services and the services are bare minimal and very inconsistent. The service was 100x's more consistent at my old Hyundai dealership. Don't waste your time here
