Know Your Product and Your Price We visited Canyon Creek recently with the idea of buying a top of the line RAV4. Our plan was to trade our current vehicle. The first day we visited and after a lengthy delay in getting the attention of the sales staff, we were shown a 2104 RAV4 demo and were told the $35k price was "negotiable". We made an appointment to come by the next day with our current vehicle and take the RAV4 for a test drive. Refused to refund money after saying it was fully refundable numerous times. Tried to sell me a vehicle with damage then belittled my comments about the damage.
Purchased a 4 yr old used vehicle. Said it was free of any prior damage. Purchased warranty. 1 week later it broke down. They refused to honor warranty. Several years later I got into a minor fender bender. Body shop asked if I wanted the previous damage fixed properly. This vehicle was in a major collision and they did not declare the previous damage. Do not deal with canyon creek Toyota stay away.
