Almost killed me. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla to them on May29/2017 to have the passenger side airbag replaced under recall. I decided to have them change my brake fluid and manual transmission fluid as well, they also replaced my drive belt as they said it was badly worn. Picked up my car at approximately 4 PM and drove down MacLeod Trail to 162AVe and up the ramp to eastbound Sunvalley Blvd to find I had no brakes. bait and switch!!!! sales manager changed up the price from the advertised price $3000.00 when I phoned and showed interest . Just a CROOK ... and when I called him out on the fact he started yelling at me like it was my fault .

Terrible experience Horrible experience, very rude and disrespectful staffs. I was scammed by a sales manager and mistreated and insulted. Do not recommend that location at all.

Worst decision I've ever made.. Not only I got ripped off on my purchase, lied to and scammed, I also got treated poorly and insulted by the sales manager and other employees. Definitely do not recommend this place. WATCH OUT FOR SCAM.

Service Department doesn't know how to define service This dealership likes to do the BARE minimum. You can get your car serviced but it took me three visists to get my tires properly balanced as it turns out their machine was out of adjustment. Does no one test drive the cars? They also have 2 machines that do balancing , so why wouldn't the double check their work on another machine after the second come back? You would think that on the third visit they would have done something extra like wash the car for me or soemthing... read more

wouldn't recommend dealership to anyone, horrible customer s Explored our options with 3 dealerships, canyon creek was by far the worst customer service and was also over priced. Weren't willing to price match the 2 other dealers. Ended up purchasing the highlander as they had exactly what we wanted that didnt need to be ordered but would never go back nor recommend to anyone. drastic decrease in overall customer service I've been a loyal customer since purchasing my first vehicle- it has now been 7 years and I can attest the last 3 years have been the most horrendous and painful experiences I have had to put myself through. The aggressive cars salesman behaviour is a total off put. It is due to the beauty of the vehicle I went through with my purchase. Poor sales skills and go back on their word Condition of sale was for front bumper to be repaired. They tried repairing it before the sale but they rushed it painting the front bumper and putting 3m back on all on the same day. I indicated that there would be an issue and the paint needs time before putting the 3m on. The paint all bubbled. They said they would put an open appointment and mark bill of sale indicating customer would take back in vehicle to havr it repaired under warranty. I booked the appt months ago. High pressure sales tactics They use high pressure sales tactics and manipulation at Canyon Creek Toyota. They take your credit card and drivers license to the sales manager in the back. He hangs on to them during the negotiation. It's a manipulative sales technique. You are going to pay a significant premium for a Toyota in Alberta. It's just the way the market here shakes out. If you are willing to pay the premium, then shop at a dealership that will treat you like a premium customer.
