Canyon Creek is the classic example of a dishonest import franchise dealer that is only interested in making a profit. Do not expect them to honor a factory warranty on a OEM factory dealer installed part purchased from them because you will receive nothing but double speak and platitudes, as I have recently experienced. I started using Canyon Creek Toyota due to it location. The staff have been professional and helpful until this last visit where the tires were installed on rims that I had purchased there. I noticed a shimmy at higher speeds and took it back in. It was obvious the the tires had been balanced incorrectly and this was confirmed in the end by the technician. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CANYON CREEK TOYOTA they installed dangerously expired winter tires on my vehicle and wouldn’t reimburse me for new tires I had to purchase! Do not respond with a bogus reason why this was done, because it happened!!!

This place use to be great. Maggie our sales person was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. However the service department is a complete disaster. And once you buy, you are pretty much stuck using your “free” or “prepaid” service. The last 4 years have been painful in dealing with service. My most recent experience was no exception. Had service recently and my car would not start properly and eventually had to be towed to get fixed. Coincidental that it was working fine before the service!

My recent experience with Canyon Creek Toyota was awful. This is my honest review. I was looking for a new 2021 RAV4, after test drive wasn't overly impressed with the power or the noise the engine gave off inside the vehicle. Was recommended to try the hybrid instead, so I did. Liked this model better and went ahead with the purchasing process. Traded my Tacoma as part of the deal, this is where things started falling apart.
