Fantasic service, very friendly and helpful I was shopping for my new Highlander originally at South Pointe, and I found the staff there to be very aggressive, to the point where it made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. Positive Experiennce We have dealt with this Toyota franchise since the mid 2000's. We have found the sales staff to be very friendly and understanding of our needs. The Service Department, Advisers and Technicians have always dealt with our concerns respectfully and courteously.
Excellent as usual I have purchased my third vehicle from Canyon Creek. My first purchase was in 1994. I purchased a Toyota Camry. My sister is still driving it. Above and Beyond I purchased my new Rav 4 back in November and could not be happier. My sales lady Ashley, Mitch in finance and Asif went above and beyond. The information I was given was spot on and upfront with no pressure. I Was very pleased with such a seamless transaction. Any obstacles that arose solutions were found.
