We bought a sienna last year. Love the car but the worst deal experience with this dealer. Lots of promises that never happened. Very unhappy. I will never step back my foot in to this dealership not even for oil change.

Terrible experience In the middle of making a deal while Terrible experience In the middle of making a deal while awaiting the Mechanical Fitness Assessment (MFA) on a vehicle that day it was sold without our knowing. While the Manager was aware of our dealings and would have had to approve of the other sale he lacked the integrity and honesty to do the right thing. So disappointing as we had heard good things about this dealership. Beware- A sale is of utmost importance; not the customer nor honesty or integrity.
Poor response times and terrible service experience Took 3 days for this dealer to respond to a service booking request, web site is terrible to navigate. I will not return here and would suggest everyone else avoid.

Reached Our Limit Myself and my partner have reached out final point of frustration with this dealership. We needed a seal on the back window fixed as it had fallen off our 2017 Toyota truck and we are still under warranty. For the past month we have been given the run around: "we will call you when we have the part" / "we will call you to book an appointment" - no call, not once. Warranty was a struggle My wife and I bought two vehicles a year ago. We love the Toyota product and it’s close to my work. Sales was fine. They did not honour a warranty I purchased and will never go back. I am disappointed. I would not recommend. They were happy to take our money. Not so happy when we needed warranty.

Disappointed Customer Service We were very disappointed in the experience we had a few days when we went into Canyon Creek Toyota to purchase a vehicle. We felt that the purchase business manager was very unprofessional and uninformed, as a result we went elsewhere to purchase a vehicle. We would not recommend Canyon Creek Toyota because of this experience.

Worried Had a test drive with Sales person ALI was told that it would go through AMVIC inspection and will be taken care of the problem of Shaking while car accelerated. But after delivery the same problem is still there and the car was supposed to be cleaned all through, but not done at all rather the sales guy gave excuses that the service manager was not in today. Will check with the Sales Manager Mike.
Not a great experience overall I found the car I wanted on the dealership’s website and made a deal with the salesman over the phone. He was fine to deal with. When I picked up the vehicle he took me for a test drive to show me the features and he tolerated my terrible city driving. I also dealt with the finance guy and it was an awful experience.
