Excellent friendly service i have been taking my x-runner to Canyon Creek Toyota since I bought it there in 2006. Lawrence in the Service Department is exceptional, friendly and knowledgeable as are the shuttle drivers. The last two times i had my truck in for service the completed the repairs sooner than I expected and let me know immediately when it was ready for pick up.
Best Service Department I have given 5 stars to the Service department due to the fact that the staff (Caj and Lawrence) have gone above and beyond to make sure that: 1. I, the customer am happy with the service that I have received, 2. that all the questions that I have are answered, 3. to find me the best possible price 4. informs me if any "deals" are coming in the near future eg. Great service and sales We got our hybrid through Canyon Creek. Our sales person, Maria was superb - I can't say enough on how much she helps you get what you need and then some. Very knowledgeable with the product line that they have. Service, outstanding also. Lawrence knows his stuff to and takes great care of those who he helps. Excellent service This dealership has excellent service. I have been coming to Canyon Creek for tune ups/oil changes for quite some time now and have yet to have a complaint. In addition, i strongly recommend you speak with Lawrence at the service counter as he will always ensure your vehicle is taken are of in an appropriate manner
Great buying experience + awesome customer service! I moved to Calgary in late 2008 and I have noticed that "customer service" is not always a priority in this booming city! But not at Canyon Creek Toyota where they see value in loyal clients. Since 2010, I bought 3 new vehicles from this dealership as well as one used Toyota car from an individual. good service I was given a quote of $400 and it came in at $357. The did a factory recall I did not even know about. I am a student and appreciated the lessor amount- go Canyon Meadows!!
