Everyone in the service department is courteous and professional. When I bring my vehicle in for regular maintenance, staff advise me on the additional work I should have done. They explain clearly (i.e., don't push) and let me decide. As well, the quality of the work is excellent. I trust Autoline Toyota staff completely to do their best for me.
I recently ordered a gr86 and Rachel Balak went above and beyond to make sure I could get this car. Had the option to take the vehicle in a different colour (which I declined) and Rachel continued searching and got me the exact vehicle I wanted down to the t. Exceptional customer service, truly felt like a guest or a vip. Kyla did all my financing, was very quick and painless, polite and professional. Highly recommend doing business at AutoLine Toyota.
Rachel Balak was exceptional. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. She got me the deal I was hoping for.
